Tofu Smoothies
Peanut Butter-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
· 3/4 cup minute maid premium orange juice
· 1/4 cup plain soy milk
· 1 medium ripe banana
· 1/2 cup cubed cantaloupes
· 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
· 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries
· 1 cup crushed ice
· 3/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
Your choice of fruit, absolutely delicious. Blend the three ingredients together in a blender until smooth
and serve chilled.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Vanilla & Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
· 1 serving of fresh tofu that you made yourself
· 1 large can (796 ml / 28oz) of fruit in light syrup (peaches are good)
· 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions:
Blend the three ingredients together in a blender until smooth, and serve chilled (Chill the tofu and fruit before making this).
Serves: 1 or 2 small
Preparation time: 5 mins
Hint of Maple
Ingredients:
· 1 cup vegan soymilk
· 2 oz silken tofu
· 2 cups frozen strawberries
· 1 tablespoon vanilla
· 2 tablespoon vegan maple syrup
Directions:
Blend the three ingredients together in a blender until smooth
and serve chilled. For best results, add the fruit after the other ingredients are well-blended and then blend a little more.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
